Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (even on weekends and holidays.) After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with the relevant tracking information.
UK Shiping
Standard: Orders that are made with the "Standard" shipping option are despatched in 1-2 days using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked. The total time from order to receipt is 1-3 business days.
Local Delivery: Orders that are made within a 15 mile radius of Stafford have the option for "Local Delivery". Upon purchase you will be contacted via an email or text to arrange a delivery time. Local Delivery orders are usually completed in 1-24 hours.
Collection: If you would wish to collect something, please message our instagram @RSThePlug. We are based in Stafford and have a small storage unit, which you can visit to collect your purchase and to view items in person.

Outside of UK
RS The Plug is able to fulfill orders in most countries, to find out if your country is accepted or not, please try to checkout and fill in your delivery information. RS The Plug Ltd is in no way responsible for the customs charges of the items once they reach the destination country of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure if your order will additional customs charges.
Orders outside of the UK are either despatched with Royal Mail or UPS.
US : 8-12 Working Days
EU : 6-10 Working Days

How do I check the status of my order?
When an order is placed, an email will be sent instantly confirming the order information, such as items, price, and delivery address. Within 24 hours you will receive a secondary email with the tracking information for your order, so you are able to see where it is and when you can expect it to be delivered.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at RS@RSThePlug.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
