How to Authenticate / Legit Check Trapstar

We pride ourselves in only selling items that are 100% Authentic. The majority of items are purchased directly from the original retailer. Any other items are thoroughly legit checked before they are considered to be listed for sale on the website or any form of social media.

RS The Plug is a limited company registered in the UK. By law are only allowed to sell authentic products based on the Sales of Goods Act 1979.

Unless otherwise listed, all items sold by RSThePlug are brand new, with original packaging and tags, if the item comes with tags on. (Authentic Trapstar tracksuits do NOT come with tags on, and neither do windbreakers)

Some items may come with either opened packaging, or a slight rip in the packaging, as some items are opened and inspected to check for their authenticity.

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - I will offer a 100% refund.

• We have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns that are of no fault of my own, you must pay the return postage cost.
• For returns, please email rs@rstheplug.co.uk with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an E-mail status with an update on the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method shortly after.

All orders are processed in under 24 hours, and will be shipped either same day or next day from order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£2.99) will be delivered in 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 will be delivered in 2-4 working days.

Customers based within 10 miles of Stafford will have the option for "Local Delivery", where we will personally drop your order off to your door within 24 hours.

Orders made within the Stafford area will have the option for "Local Delivery", after your order, you will receive a text asking for a suitable time for us to drop your order off.

We will personally drive to you and drop your order off for you.

Orders placed from outside of the UK will be despatched in 1-2 working days using UPS.

The delivery time will vary depending on the country, please select your country at the checkout menu for a more accurate time frame.

Orders outside of the UK may be subject to customs fees, this is outside of our control, and must be paid by the customer.

Due to each country being different, we can not estimate the fees, please check with your local customs authority.

Some countries have NO customs fees, such as the United States & Australia.
